At the Manor Store in St. Gallen, we are looking for our new young star starting 01.07.2027.
Your responsibilities
- Building relationships with customers and fulfilling demanding customer wishes during sales conversations
- Analysing customers’ needs and presenting solutions
- Presenting trends and products, organising customer events and sales promotions, and creating immersive experiences
- Receiving and processing repairs, returns and complaints
- Recognising current developments and trends in retail and integrating them into daily work
- Performing tasks in operational and inventory management processes using our IT systems
- Communicating across various channels
- Working in different teams
Your profile
- You enjoy approaching people, even those you don’t know, and thanks to your winning manner, you manage to convince others
- Many could learn from your sense of trends
- You have completed lower secondary education (school with extended requirements) and have good grades
- You can communicate in a foreign language
- You have passed the Multicheck for retail specialists with an overall result of "sufficient"
- You are willing to work on Saturdays and evenings
