Production Specialist in 3-Shift Operation 80 – 100 % (m/f/d)

The Business Unit Operations produces parts for all Hamilton companies, from injection-moulded parts to pipette tips for liquid handling, to metal and plastic parts. Our goal is to produce as many parts in-house as possible. This keeps us agile, independent and efficient.

This is what you can achieve:

Technical leadership of a team

Troubleshooting production equipment

Ensuring availability and reliability of machines and equipment

Operation and monitoring of complex production systems

Documentation of completed work

Deputising for the Team Leader according to instructions

Training and induction of new and existing employees

Completed technical basic training

Solid IT skills

Good knowledge of German

Strong analytical and interconnected thinking

Assertiveness

Communicative and a team player

High social competence
