Your Tasks
- Strategic, professional and economic management of the Radiology Clinic
- Further development of the radiological service spectrum including interventional procedures
- Responsibility for all cross-sectional imaging diagnostics (CT, MRI) as well as conventional radiology
- Expansion of innovative diagnostic and therapeutic concepts
- Ensuring high-quality patient care according to current scientific standards
- Leadership, promotion and development of the medical and non-medical team
- Interdisciplinary cooperation with all clinical departments
- Further development of quality management processes and ensuring compliance with legal requirements, especially in the field of radiation protection
- Representation of the clinic inside and outside the hospital
- Promotion of training, further education and scientific activities
Your Profile
- Specialist in radiology with German medical licence
- Several years of clinical and ideally managerial experience in a radiological facility
- Comprehensive expertise in CT, MRI and X-ray diagnostics
- Solid experience in interventional radiology and CT-guided interventions
- Strong leadership skills as well as strategic and economic thinking
- High social competence and appreciative leadership style
- Willingness to innovate and interest in the further development of modern radiological care concepts
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
