Automation Technician (m/f)
Field of activity:
You will apply your spirit in connection with new customer requirements in the following tasks:
- Creating technical documents such as schematics, test protocols, and operating manuals in collaboration with the technical editor
- Active participation in new developments (functions, systems, devices)
- Evaluation of electrical components
- Close cooperation with assembly as well as occasional hands-on work on the systems
- Customer contacts within the scope of integration planning
- Ensuring necessary quality standards during assembly including briefing of service technicians
- Technical support for electrotechnical problems
- Occasional (less than 5%) assignments with the service team on site at the customer
- Important interface position within the close cooperation with assembly, software engineering, technical editing
Your profile:
- Basic electrotechnical training (electrician, automation technician EFZ or similar)
- As a trained automation technician, you are also warmly invited as a recent graduate. As an electrician, you should also bring 1 to 2 years of professional experience from industry after training
- You are comfortable reading, analysing, and drawing schematics – or you look forward to engaging with this in depth
- Good MS Office skills
- Languages: German very good, English good
- Your personality convinces through analytical thinking and solution orientation
- You are enthusiastic about variety and wish to apply your hands-on qualities
- Diverse skills: you coordinate, get involved hands-on, clarify, administer, and organise
- You are passionate about technology and seek a long-term challenge where you want to learn a lot of new things
