Our client is an internationally leading technology company in the field of highly secure optical systems. With innovative solutions, state-of-the-art production technology and the highest quality standards, the company sets benchmarks worldwide in its market segment. To strengthen the Production Support department, we are looking for a technically skilled, reliable and independent individual who enjoys keeping production facilities running and taking responsibility for operational maintenance.
Your role
In this versatile role, you ensure that the production facilities operate reliably and safely. You undertake maintenance, servicing and repair work, analyse faults and, together with internal specialists, ensure smooth operation of the equipment. You work independently, solution-oriented and are an important contact person for electrical engineering issues in the production environment.
Your tasks
- Maintenance and servicing of production equipment
- Independent analysis and rectification of faults
- Carrying out repairs on machines and equipment
- Timely processing of repair orders
- Supervision and support of the high-voltage inspector during periodic inspections
- Conducting device tests in accordance with standards
- Support with electrical engineering questions in the field of machine and plant construction
- Willingness to take on on-call duty for about 6 to 8 weeks per year
Your profile
- Completed technical basic training as an electrical installer EFZ, automation technician EFZ or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in maintenance and/or plant construction
- Authorisation as an operations electrician according to NIV Art. 13 or willingness to obtain it
- Good knowledge and a strong technical understanding of machines, equipment and industrial production processes
- Knowledge of SPS-S7 programming is an advantage
- Native German speaker
- Independent, responsible and reliable working style
- Good analytical skills and enjoyment in systematically solving technical problems
- Trustworthy, team-oriented personality with a high willingness to learn
