Do you want to actively shape the future of IT and risk management? As part of our extended Business Risk Management team for IT, you will take on a central role in process and data management and support us in the development and control of guidelines. Together with the first line of defence, you ensure that IT risks are identified, assessed, monitored, and managed in line with the overall corporate risks. Your tasks
- Continuously developing the existing process and data inventory according to standards such as COBIT and ITIL – this also includes FINMA-critical data within the IT function, where you use AI-supported tools to increase efficiency
- Supporting process and data owners in implementing measures with a focus on automation and risk-reducing actions
- Monitoring control-relevant metrics as well as analysing and continuously developing these along the processes
- Ensuring that activities from IT process management are coordinated with those from audit and risk management and optimised through AI-supported approaches
- Preparing internal and external communication and conducting regular stakeholder touchpoints to monitor progress
Your profile
- Completed university degree (Bachelor or Master) in a relevant field (e.g. Business Informatics, Computer Science, Risk Management)
- 1 to 2 years of professional experience in IT process management, IT data management and experience with the risk management interface
- Structured and solution-oriented working style as well as solid expertise in using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and prompt engineering for AI tools
- Experience in creating and maintaining directives and policies as well as dealing with regulatory requirements (e.g. FINMA) is an advantage
- Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex matters clearly and understandably to diverse stakeholders and different management levels
- Very good German skills (at least C1) as well as good English skills
