Our client, schärli bättig partner ag, is a small, fine and committed consulting company in the centre of the city of Lucerne. Their client focus is on medical practices and regional SMEs. In the area of fiduciary activities, we are looking for an independent, communicative and implementation-strong professional personality to responsibly support clients as a sparring partner in mandate processing.

Your tasks

• Comprehensive support of clients in the areas of accounting, finance, payroll and taxes 
• Active consulting in the field of business management and entrepreneurship
• Responsibility for annual financial statements with reporting
• Active participation in projects, processes, digitalisation and AI activities
• Exchange with mandate managers, partners, colleagues

Your profile

• Professional basic training with further education at the level of fiduciary, accounting, social insurance with federal diploma or equivalent
• Several years of experience in the fiduciary sector with client responsibility
• Enjoyment of direct and existing client contact
• Open to further development in your own specialist area
• German: confident (C2)
