Clerk Finance and Accounting (a)

Introduction

For our
client, an internationally active company in the field of event and
communication technology, we are looking for a committed individual as a Clerk
Finance and Accounting (a). In this role, you will take on central tasks
in the finance department and contribute to ensuring correct financial statements.

Tasks

• Independent management of the entire accounting including
  accounts receivable, accounts payable and asset accounting
• Support with periodic closings on a monthly, quarterly and
  annual basis according to Swiss Code of Obligations (OR)
• Responsibility for the correct calculation of value-added tax including
  tax-specific peculiarities
• Execution of the entire payment process as well as regular reconciliation of
  bank transactions
• Verification and matching of payroll-related postings in close cooperation with
  the HR department
• Contact person for external stakeholders such as auditors, authorities and
  insurances

Profile

• Commercial
  basic training with further education in finance and accounting
• Professional experience in financial accounting, preferably in the Swiss environment
• Confident handling of common IT applications and ERP systems
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• Very good German skills as well as good level of English
• Structured, reliable and independent working style
