Co-Leader Support & Development immediately or by arrangement
You are responsible for the personnel and organizational leadership of a team of around 30 employees who support about 70 residents in various living forms, in co-leadership. Due to an ongoing organizational development process, the team has been newly assembled. You share the responsibility for successfully implementing the new type of service delivery for the residents, and you enjoy promoting, supporting, and qualifying the employees on this path. In collaboration with the other co-leaders and the professional leaders of the disciplines of psychiatry, pedagogy, somatics, and BESA, you actively contribute. Your talent and commitment to optimizing processes and advancing development is a great asset for working in the interdisciplinary team.
You have a degree from a higher vocational school (HF) or university of applied sciences (FH) in psychiatry, social work, or nursing, and a completed leadership training. Your previous leadership experience enables you to have a high decision-making and implementation capability. You convince with negotiation skills, resilience, and your flair for interdisciplinary collaboration. You are particularly attracted to working with psychiatrically demanding clientele and are not entirely unfamiliar with it. With your pronounced social competence and your humorous nature, you succeed in strengthening your team in consulting and coaching matters. We wish for a person who contributes to a positive working atmosphere, lives our values, and appreciates the diversity, uniqueness, and liveliness at Schlogari.
