Your tasks

Applications and contracts:

Careful preparation, creation, as well as review and assurance of the completeness of the submitted applications and contracts, which are submitted by the leasing specialists and brokers.

Customer relationship management:

Responsibility for a first-class customer experience through professional communication and support. Advising and assisting customers and suppliers with questions, concerns, and problems. Handling customer and supplier inquiries efficiently and solution-oriented. Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships.

Cross-departmental collaboration:

Close cooperation with other departments – especially the sales team – to develop customised solutions and ensure smooth processing for customers.

Process optimisation and digitalisation:

Suggestions for improvements to internal processes as well as active support in the digitalisation of sales channels.

Your PROFILE

Solid knowledge through a successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or vocational training (EFZ), further training in the field of financing in investment goods leasing is an advantage. Solid and verifiable professional experience in banking, especially in the preparation and assessment of customer enquiries as well as the analysis of economic and financial background information. Strong customer orientation as well as experience in building and maintaining customer relationships. Initiative and organised approach to tasks as well as careful working methods, especially with regard to legal requirements. Service orientation and team spirit. Reliability, independent working combined with discretion. German spoken and written, business fluent, French an advantage.
