Clerk in Accounting and Payroll (m/f/d | 60 - 80%)
With around 3000 participants in further education, HKV Swiss AG is the most important commercial training and further education institute in the Aarau region and north-west Switzerland. At the vocational school (HKV Aarau), we train around 1700 apprentices annually. HKV Swiss AG (further education) with the schools HKV Aarau and HKV Nordwest is attended by over 3000 students each year. Cambridge English Languages GmbH (CEL) is an authorised examination centre for internationally recognised English certificates.
Your Tasks
- Independent management of accounts payable from invoice to payment
- Posting and reconciliation of bank accounts
- Maintaining the cash book
- Posting business transactions in the general ledger
- Support of interfaces from the preliminary systems
- Assistance with half-year and annual financial statements including reconciliation of general ledger accounts
- Independent handling of the entire payroll administration and processing including monthly payroll accounting, social insurances, withholding taxes as well as year-end accounting and salary statements
Your Profile
- Completed commercial basic training
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
- Confident German language skills
- Very good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word
- Very precise, independent and punctual working style
- Knowledge of Abacus is an advantage
