Your tasks
- You design and plan the medium- and long-term development of input and output management, taking into account dependencies on other topics, systems, and stakeholders.
- You are responsible for the further development of existing solutions together with the specialist departments, IT, and external software and solution partners.
- You take on overall project management of digitalisation and IT projects, especially in the areas of master data, scanning, document processing, and output management from requirements analysis and conception to implementation and further development.
- You collect, analyse, structure, and document professional and technical requirements and develop viable solution concepts together with the specialist departments, IT, and software suppliers.
- You manage and coordinate internal and external project participants and ensure successful implementation regarding deadlines, quality, costs, and target achievement.
- You accompany the evaluation, procurement, implementation, and further development of IT solutions.
- As a link between specialist departments, IT, and external partners, you ensure that professional requirements are translated into suitable technical solutions and successfully implemented.
- You contribute your excellent professional and methodological knowledge in project management and business analysis and thus support the specialist departments in the successful implementation of their projects.
Your profile
- University or university of applied sciences degree or a comparable education and training, supplemented by relevant certifications, e.g. HERMES, IPMA or IREP.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in an SME or in public administration. Experience in the social insurance sector is an advantage.
- Several years of experience in managing digitalisation and IT projects as well as in business analysis.
- Good technical understanding and experience working at the interface between specialist departments, IT, and external software or solution partners.
- Strong customer and service orientation with interest in heterogeneous specialist areas.
- Integrative, communicative, and distinctly goal- and solution-oriented personality with strong implementation skills.
- Experience in the areas of master data, scanning, output management, and public procurement is an advantage.
