As an international, rapidly growing company in the field of digital real estate marketing, we are looking for a confident, open-mindedpersonality for our project management team at our headquarters in Lengnau (BE).

Your tasks:

• As a Project Leader, you form the important link between customers and various contacts within the company.

• You plan and manage the diverse projects in collaboration with the other PLs and the production team in Berlin.

• You respond calmly and confidently to unexpected events. Above all, you must not lose overview.

The following qualities are essential for this:

• You bring experience in project management or project coordination, ideally in the real estate or production environment.

• You work structured, independently and reliably and maintain an overview even with multiple projects.

• You set priorities, coordinate projects and keep track of deadlines, tasks and dependencies.

• You think networked and solution-oriented and recognise connections between products, processes and stakeholders.

• You communicate clearly, reliably and empathetically with customers and teams and find the right tone even in demanding situations.

• You have very good German and English skills in spoken and written form; French is an advantage.

• You maintain project data carefully and promptly and ensure reliable information flow.

• You are IT and AI savvy and have experience with project management tools such as Jira or comparable systems as well as CRM solutions.

• You have a quick grasp, quickly familiarise yourself with new systems and products and adapt flexibly to changing processes.

• You show initiative and resilience, recognise the need for action and find pragmatic solutions.

If you also remain calm and courteous in hectic situations, even when the pressure is at its maximum – then welcome to the team!

If you have already had contact with real estate marketing or visualisations (3D renderings), this is certainly an advantage.
