For our architecture office in Zurich, we are looking for an architect with experience in project management.

Your job destination
 

• You lead and organise architectural projects from order analysis, through design, planning, building permits, and realisation to handover to operations
• You work closely with other project participants (stakeholders, engineers, specialist planners, experts, site managers, authorities, and users)
• You contribute your personality and expertise to conception, planning, quality assurance, budget and time management
• Your other tasks include the creation and coordination of feasibility studies, potential and condition analyses

Your skills in your luggage
 

• You have a completed degree in architecture or a comparable qualification
• You convince with your several years of practical experience as an architect in conception and project management of construction projects​​​​​
• ​​You impress with your winning personality, your motivation and assertiveness, as well as your confidence in dealing with various stakeholders
• You work independently and autonomously
• You have solid knowledge in handling Vectorworks or Archicad
• Your very good German language skills, both spoken and written, are a prerequisite for managing daily work
