- Complete personnel administration
You accompany employees throughout their entire lifecycle - from hiring to departure and ensure smooth processes.
- Payroll processing
Monthly payroll including account reconciliations and careful verification of all payroll components.
- Absence management
Professional handling of absences and close cooperation with managers.
- Reporting
Preparation of HR key figures and creation of meaningful statistics for informed decisions.
- Project work
Active support in various HR projects and co-creation of innovative solutions.
- Year-end closing
Participation in the annual HR closing tasks and preparation for the new year.
