Chancellery
The Chancellery is the secretariat of the Civil Registry Commission and the Grand Council.
The Digital Administration department, which also belongs to the Chancellery, is responsible for the management, coordination and implementation of the e-government strategy. This primarily involves the digitalisation of administrative processes and the range of services for the benefit of the population and the economy.
The Chancellery is looking for a Project Manager Digital Administration for a 50-60% workload, starting immediately or by arrangement.
Your tasks
- Management of digitalisation projects within the framework of the e-government strategy
- Analysis of needs and challenges of various specialist departments
- Development of proposals for optimisation possibilities
- Creation of concepts and plans for projects
- Methodical and professional support of cantonal offices
Your profile
- Experience in implementing digitalisation projects, ideally in a public administration
- Awareness of communication, good written and oral expression
- Methodical knowledge in project and process management
- Quick comprehension and strong solution orientation
- Networked, cross-departmental and entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- Independence, resilience, sense of responsibility as well as conflict and team skills
- Ideally experience with public procurement and general knowledge in various IT areas
