What can you expect?

• Identifying and exploiting customer potential through active and continuous management of the customer portfolio
• Competent and comprehensive advice to private customers on basic products such as saving, payments, investing and pension provision
• Reception and service of customers in the customer zone
• Active potential recognition and referral of customers to the responsible specialists
• Development of needs-based solutions taking into account the customer's life situation as well as the customer-specific product range
• Occasional management of our cash counter
• Participation in target group-specific market development measures, especially in contact campaigns

What do you bring with you?

• Completed banking training or comparable qualification
• Experience in the financial services sector
• Regional ties
• Enthusiastic and customer-oriented personality with a winning manner
• Independent, precise and responsible way of working with enjoyment of direct customer contact
