Department:AUJUEntity:General Secretariat of the Judicial AuthoritiesThe General Secretariat, to which you are attached, plays a central role in the organisation of the judicial authorities. Its mission is to provide support and expertise to the governing bodies and assumes the administrative management of the judicial authorities.
Activities:Your mission is to support the Secretary-General in her strategic and operational support to the Administrative Commission of the Judicial Authorities (CAAJ), as well as to manage the portfolio of institutional and professional projects. In this capacity, you support and advise her in her areas of expertise and deputise for her in her management, representation, administrative leadership tasks, and take charge of dossiers with significant institutional stakes. You thus contribute directly to strategic decision-making and the smooth functioning of the judicial authorities.You also oversee internal control and risk management systems, advising and coordinating stakeholders. You develop the management and reporting tools necessary for strategic and operational decision-making and ensure the construction and maintenance of the judicial authorities’ business continuity plan.
Finally, within a small team, you provide support and contribute to the smooth running of the General Secretariat.
Desired profile:Holder of a university master’s degree, you have proven experience in managing strategic projects and change management, ideally gained in an institutional environment or in organisational consulting. Experience in organisational development is an asset.Excellent writing skills and a good knowledge of the regulatory framework of public institutions complete your profile.
Recognised for your rigour, you inspire confidence in your interlocutors, know how to prioritise, and demonstrate a keen sense of communication and negotiation in demanding contexts. Your team spirit and strategic partner stance enable you to effectively support change processes. Your adaptability and proactivity allow you to respond agilely to the institution’s needs. Excellent command of French is required; knowledge of German, especially spoken, is an asset.
