Your main tasks are

• Professional care and support of residents in cooperation with their relatives
• Demonstrating coping strategies in crisis situations for residents and relatives
• Active participation in interdisciplinary collaboration with all parties involved in care and support

• Ensuring, co-developing and optimising care processes

• Interprofessional collaboration with geriatric care specialists and all parties involved in care and support

• Professional support, coaching and advice for employees, trainees and students

You have

• Training as a Registered Nurse HF (DN II, AKP/PsyKP)

• Professional and leadership experience in long-term care, preferably in gerontopsychiatry
• Holistic, networked thinking

• Warmth and humour come naturally to you
