Your tasks
· Professional representation of the company as the first contact person for visitors, customers, and business partners
· Receiving, coordinating, and forwarding phone calls, emails, and mail to the responsible departments
· Organizing catering as well as preparation and follow-up and supervision of meeting rooms and cafeteria
· Central contact person for questions regarding organizational processes at the location
· Coordination and monitoring of maintenance and repair work in cooperation with external service providers
· Maintenance of visitor data as well as relevant documentation
· Taking over general administrative and clerical tasks
· Close cooperation within the team as well as with numerous internal interfaces
· Support for internal events and special projects
Your profile
· Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
· Experience in a comparable position, ideally in reception or office environment
· Confident handling of common MS Office applications (e.g., Outlook, Teams, Excel)
· Very good German skills as well as good English skills in spoken and written form
· Strong communication skills and organizational talent
· Experience in working with external service providers
· You work independently, structured, and reliably
· You keep an overview even in challenging situations and appear friendly and confident
· You bring a pronounced service and solution orientation
· You take responsibility and tackle tasks pragmatically
· You enjoy working in a team and appreciate collaboration with different departments
