Your tasks
- As an employee of the municipal parliamentary services, you prepare committee minutes for the Large City Council of Lucerne.
- You attend committee meetings and take minutes based on an audio recording.
- You transcribe the debates, mainly conducted in dialect, into a written German protocol.
- The committee meetings take place on Thursdays in the Lucerne town hall. The preparation of the minutes is done either in the town hall or flexibly from home.
Your profile
- You have a commercial education and a flair for recording demanding debates or you are studying (preferably political science or law) and are interested in a challenging, fairly paid part-time job.
- You enjoy working in a political environment and are interested in the activities of the Lucerne city parliament.
- You are characterized by careful and discreet work as well as excellent German skills.
- You have great time flexibility.
