About the job

Our client is a well-known, internationally active supplier, among others, for the fields of Medtech, mechanical engineering, and electrical industry. To expand the team, we are looking for an experienced, independent Head of CNC Milling for a permanent position in day shift.

Your tasks:

• Disciplinary and professional support of the milling staff
• Active participation in production: setting up, programming, and manufacturing
• Additional responsibility for grinding, eroding, and metrology areas
• Creation and maintenance of production and quality documentation
• Close cooperation with PPS and AVOR
• Implementation of process optimisations and their execution

Your profile:

• Basic training as a CNC polymechanic with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ)
• Experience in programming and setting up 5-axis machines
• Several years of leadership experience, preferably in Medtech
• Very good German skills, English is an advantage
• Competent in microtechnology
• Structured, independent, precise, and practical working style
• Motivated, dynamic, open communication, flair for staff management
• Committed, flexible, cooperative, and strong organisational skills
