Respectful and committed with head, heart, and hand – that is what sumia stands for. In our senior center in Sumiswald, we offer 130 residents a personal and safe home in the rural Emmental. Around 230 employees and 40 volunteers dedicate themselves daily with passion to the well-being of our residents.

• Co-responsibility for situation-based, individual care & support of 22 residents in the residential group
• Taking over daily responsibility after careful introduction
• Collaboration in the further development of the care area
• Care documentation in careCoach
• Completion of administrative tasks

• Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ or equivalent qualification
• Enjoyment of long-term care and support
• Appreciative basic attitude
• You are characterized by empathy and social competence

• We employ you according to the collective labor agreement of the Bernese long-term care institutions
• We create your duty roster at least one month in advance
