• be the competent contact person for private customers and advise them comprehensively in the segments of financing, investing and pension provision (there is the possibility to independently learn the advisory of the customer segments self-employed and SMEs in an internal junior programme)
• manage, build up and expand your own customer portfolio as well as further develop your network of relationships
• advise our products and services professionally and according to needs
• refer customers to other segments within the framework of cross-/upselling
• gradually develop towards advising private and business customers

• a banking education and several years of experience, especially in the credit sector
• up-to-date expertise and a completed bank-specific further education
• communication skills, goal- and service-orientation
• enjoyment of daily customer contact and recognising needs and expectations
• a broad network of relationships
• persuasiveness and assertiveness
