In our interdisciplinary projects, you will work closely with the construction and project management and gain valuable insights into execution. Your employment will be at our office in Zurich. For the duration of your internship, you will accompany the major project New University of Applied Sciences Graubünden and accordingly be on site in Chur.

• Participate in the timely, cost- and quality-compliant handling of building construction projects as well as support the site management
• Check offers, invoices, claims, risks and forecasts
• Support in schedule management and planning as well as monitoring construction progress
• Participate in tendering, awarding and contract conclusion
• Support coordination of contractors on site
• Prepare cost/schedule reports, presentations and budget overviews
• Take on partial tasks in the area of Lean Construction Management

• Studies in architecture, civil or construction engineering (specialisation in construction) or a comparable course of study
• Initial practical experience in architecture/civil engineering is an advantage
• Willingness to be present on site on certain days
• Good knowledge of common MS Office programmes
• Passion for innovation and sustainability
• Availability ideally for at least 6 months with a workload of 80-100%
