The Heideweg Retirement Centre in Brunnen is an operation of the municipality of Ingenbohl and offers 95 residents an individual home. It is located directly on Lake Lucerne, surrounded by mountains in the Schwyz valley basin. It also rents out 32 2.5-room apartments with a counselling and care service as assisted living.

What to expect with us

• You lead and motivate your team and ensure smooth daily operations
• You design workflows, improve processes, and bring fresh ideas
• You are the contact person for residents, relatives, and the entire team
• You take responsibility for personnel planning, quality assurance, and all other tasks
• Six other team leaders who look forward to working with you

What you bring

• A completed qualification as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF or another equivalent qualification
• Leadership experience or the motivation to take on this challenge
• A heart for people and a knack for organisation
• Strong communication skills, empathy, and the courage to think differently
• The desire not only to write duty rosters but to shape real change
