You will

• Handle estates and inheritances comprehensively – from checking the legitimisation documents to approving payments and account reconciliations
• Process guardianships
• Handle enquiries from debt enforcement and bankruptcy offices
• Create confirmations, conduct complex research and process edition orders
• Take on tasks in the customer area (e.g. dunning, bank-held correspondence, unclaimed assets)
• Support our front-line employees as a competent contact person for questions in the customer/estates area and maintain telephone and written contact with heirs
• Have the possibility to work partially from home

You bring

• a completed commercial basic training (preferably in the banking or notary environment)
• conversational French skills
• an independent, careful and precise way of working
• a communicative, team-oriented and decisive personality with high resilience and diligence
• a strong service and customer orientation
