Published 19 May 2026 Closing Date 9 May 2026 The Management Office of the Research Network Sustainable Future located at the Faculty of Business and Economics at the University of Basel is hiring an administrative student assistant / back office assistant.
The position starts on September 01 2026 and ends on August 30 2027 (with option of extension).
Your position
The job involves administrative support to the managing director as well as project-based work (event management, marketing, homepage, social media and layout/graphical projects).
Your profile
You are a student at the University of Basel and have experience in administrative work. Excellent English and German skills in reading and writing are necessary. You are reliable and independent and like to bring in your own ideas. Experience in graphic programs (i.e. Canva, InDesign, etc.) as well as in WordPress is desirable.
