Head of ICT Unit
We offer an exciting and responsible position in the environment of the client representation of the Canton of Zurich – together with 160 committed colleagues.
Your tasks
- You manage the ICT project portfolio of the Building Office holistically by prioritizing projects and using resources efficiently.
- You are responsible for application management and ensure stable operation as well as continuous development of all specialist applications of the Building Office.
- You proactively address new ICT requirements from the office and coordinate their implementation in compliance with cantonal procurement processes.
- As the ICT manager of the Building Office, you ensure the professional and content leadership of the ICT organization and are responsible for information security and data protection.
- You are responsible for the personnel management of two employees.
Your profile
- You have a tertiary degree in computer science or an equivalent qualification.
- You bring several years of professional experience in a similar field of activity.
- You have experience in leading a small team.
- A high degree of personal responsibility as well as independent, structured, and solution-oriented handling of tasks characterize you.
- Experience in the public administration environment and knowledge of the HERMES project management methodology are advantageous.
