• You carry out general maintenance and repair work throughout the hotel area, thus making a significant contribution to the quality and safety of our house.
• You keep technical areas, storage rooms and outdoor areas clean and tidy.
• You maintain our garden and outdoor facilities – from lawn and path care to seasonal work.
• You perform regular maintenance and inspections on technical systems as well as smaller installations (lighting, doors, sanitary).
• You undertake minor painting, carpentry and assembly work.
• You actively support the technical team with malfunctions, daily tasks and projects.
• You work closely with other departments and ensure that technical concerns are resolved efficiently.
• You guarantee order, cleanliness and safety throughout the entire site – for our guests and employees.

• You have experience in maintenance, gardening or as an all-rounder / handyman.
• You work independently, responsibly and enjoy getting hands-on.
• You have a strong service and quality orientation and enjoy delighting our guests through impeccable maintenance.
• You are flexible and willing to work evenings or weekends.
• You have a good command of German; additional languages are a plus.
