Marketing Team Leader

In this versatile leadership role, you will actively shape the further development of the Quooker brand in the Swiss market together with your team.

Your tasks:

• You lead two marketing coordinators both professionally and personally and promote their development
• You plan and manage marketing activities for the Swiss market and ensure effective and timely implementation
• You are responsible for ongoing projects, budgets and relevant key figures and continuously and proactively develop marketing activities
• As a key user of the Marketing Cloud, you work closely with those responsible for the Service and Sales Cloud as well as with the international headquarters
• You coordinate internal and external partners and ensure professional and smooth collaboration
• You report to the Head of Marketing Switzerland and maintain regular communication with the international marketing team

Your profile:

• You must have completed further training in marketing with a Swiss federal diploma or a university of applied sciences degree.
• At least three years of leadership experience in a smaller marketing team
• We require solid experience in operational and strategic marketing on the company side, with responsibility for a brand or product for this position. Pure agency experience does not meet the requirements of this role.
• You are strong in communication, work in a structured manner and have a keen sense for brands and target groups
• You work independently and solution-oriented, gladly take on responsibility and actively contribute your own ideas
• You must communicate fluently in German and business fluent in English and Italian. Good French skills ideally complete your language profile.
