Work Agogic Accompanying Person (70-90%)
Focus: Moving, Transport & Cleaning
The "CleanLab" and the "LogisikLab" are operational units of the social enterprise of Streetchurch. Together with our participants from various labor integration programs, we fulfill diverse customer orders for private and business clients.
Together we set your focus in the following areas of responsibility:
Order Support (approx. 60%)- Execution of orders for private and corporate clients in the areas of moving & transport as well as cleaning
- Individual support and transfer of expertise to promote the professional and social skills of the participants.
- Coordination of work on site and specific deployment planning of the labor integration participants
- Leadership of groups and deployment teams of 3-5 people
- Systematic recording and assessment of the participants' work performance for reflection and further development.
- Representation and assistance in other operational units of the social enterprise (including caretaking, garden maintenance, workshop, packaging) (including caretaking, garden maintenance, workshop, packaging)
- On-call and standby duty up to a maximum of one week per month
- Work agogic training or comparable qualifications with willingness for further education
- Confident handling of different target and stakeholder groups
- Strong customer orientation and service readiness
- High independence and initiative as well as efficient and result-oriented work
- Relationship-oriented and empathetic demeanor with assertiveness
- Driver's license category B, advantage trailer and/or category C1
- Dynamic work environment with professional self-expectation and great passion
