Head of Service (a) 80% at Negishi Pilatusstrasse in LucerneThe Negishi Sushi Bar, an innovative food concept by the Wiesner Gastronomie AG family, was established in 2006 and has since secured a firm place in the hearts of sushi lovers. With a variety of creative sushi creations – from classic to vegetarian variations – the restaurant delights a wide range of guests. The venue, centrally located near Lucerne station, stands out due to its unique interior and invites guests to relax comfortably. The on-site team also handles incoming take-away and delivery orders. Negishi spans two floors and a boulevard area, offering over 80 seats in total.
To complement our warm and well-coordinated team, we are looking from 1 September 2026, or by arrangement, for a motivated
Head of Service (a) 80%, Lucerne
Your diverse tasks:
- You actively take care of our guests and ensure they have a top time with us ?
- As a leader, you keep our service team together and steer everyone towards success ?
- Quality is no compromise for you and you take responsibility with pride ?
- Closings, inventories and the like? You have an overview and handle it easily ?
- New colleagues? You introduce them and get them ready for service ?
Your talents & experience:
- You love working with guests and making their lives more colourful ?
- You have a basic gastronomy education or something comparable under your belt ?
- Work experience? Of course, you have a few years behind you and bring skills ?
- Leadership experience would be a plus – if you have already led a team, even better ?
- Technology does not scare you: you have PC skills and are familiar with digital tools ?
