Your tasks
• Co-responsibility for the further development of the SILEA Boutique-Atelier and the Residual Value Thun project
• Independent organization and handling of commercial and administrative tasks
• Active participation in the joint implementation of the service offering (store and Residual Value project)
• Agogical support and guidance of participants within the framework of vocational integration
• Teaching of professional key competencies as well as individual support in everyday work
• Co-creation of a supportive, resource-oriented working atmosphere
• Quality assurance throughout the entire process – from goods receipt to online sales
• Cooperation with internal departments and contribution of own ideas

Your profile
• Completed commercial training (EFZ), qualification as a trainer in the commercial sector is an advantage
• Completed training/experience in the social sector and/or strong interest in supporting participants in their vocational integration.
• Enjoy enriching our location with a warm hospitality culture
• Participation in the Residual Value project, responsibility for online sales and professional guidance of participants whom we support in vocational integration.
• Motivation to guide employees with support needs in sales
• Independent, responsible, and structured way of working
• Enjoy working with people
• Confident and experienced communication skills in writing and speaking
• Teamwork, resilience, and flexibility
