Main tasks

• You conduct periodic field visits with employees to monitor working methods (audit controls), provide support (e.g. handling "Mobile Bridge"/electronic data collection), carry out warehouse and vehicle inspections, and monitor compliance with hygiene regulations.
• You adjust the strategic route planning in collaboration with the Operation Centre and optimise it.
• You analyse statistics and reports and initiate measures if necessary (e.g. quality audits and development of team-specific KPIs).
• You lead projects and participate in projects (process introductions, process optimisations, introduction of new machines, etc.).
• You take on an interface function with other departments such as Procurement, Client Solution, Operation Centre, etc.
• You support customers, act as the contact person in the service area, conduct on-site visits, and develop customer-specific solutions.
• You perform various general administrative tasks.

Education

• You have completed vocational training in retail or hospitality or have a comparable qualification.

Profile

• You have solid professional experience in the service sector, especially in the food industry, and have several years of leadership experience.
• You hold a category B driving licence (manual transmission).
• You speak fluent German and French; English is an advantage.
• You have very good PC user skills.
• You are communicative, confident in negotiations, and have project experience.
• You are resilient as well as capable of handling conflict and criticism, possess empathy and assertiveness, and are organisationally and planning skilled.
• You think in a networked way and enjoy and have a flair for dealing with people.
• You have a business understanding in the areas of retail, vending, and gastronomy.
