Your Impact with Us

As an important hub in everyday agency life, you work closely with our insurance and pension advisors. You support the sales team in daily business, coordinate internal processes, and ensure that concerns are handled quickly and reliably.

Your varied tasks include scheduling appointments and coordinating calendars, organisational and administrative work, as well as supporting the preparation and follow-up of customer meetings. Additionally, you welcome our customers to the agency in a friendly and professional manner.

What You Bring

• Completed vocational training, ideally in a commercial or service-oriented environment
• Enjoyment of organisation, coordination, and administrative tasks
• Strong service orientation and enjoyment of teamwork
• Independent, reliable, and customer-focused working style
• Confident and friendly demeanour as well as fluent German skills; additional languages are a plus
• Career changers are also warmly welcome. What matters to us is your motivation and willingness to learn new things.

Working with Us

You can expect a varied role with plenty of contact with people and direct insight into sales. In a motivated team, you take on responsibility and will be carefully introduced to your new area of work. Insurance knowledge is an advantage but not a requirement.

For this role, according to the Insurance Supervision Act, the completion of the Insurance Intermediary VBV qualification, Non-Life profile, is required. If you do not yet have this, we support you with tailored internal training on the way to certification.
