Property Manager 80 - 100%

Your tasks – versatile and responsible

• You actively manage a demanding and varied residential and commercial portfolio.

• You conduct inspections and handovers of rental properties during initial lettings and tenant changes.

• You personally, competently, and solution-orientedly support our tenants and owners.

• You ensure the impeccable maintenance of our properties.

• You carry out periodic property inspections and prepare condition reports.

• You independently and carefully handle rental contract and rent adjustments.

• You contribute to the introduction and further development of new systems and processes.

Your profile – competent and communicative

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or a technical basic education with commercial further training.

• You hold the federal specialist certificate as a property manager and have at least five years of professional experience in property management.

• You have good knowledge of accounting as well as real estate law, especially in the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR), Civil Code (ZGB), and Debt Enforcement and Bankruptcy Act (SchKG).

• You communicate confidently in German and have good MS Office skills; knowledge of RIMO R5 is an advantage.

• You are customer-oriented, communicative, and a team player.

• You convince through an independent, solution-oriented working style and a confident appearance.
