To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Product Manager (m/f/d). In this role, you will be responsible for a portfolio of high-quality secondary packaging for the pharmaceutical industry and develop market-oriented solutions in close collaboration with local and international teams. You will manage your products throughout the entire lifecycle, from the idea to successful market launch, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.

Your mission
- You take responsibility for our portfolio in the field of pharmaceutical secondary packaging – and consistently develop it further.
- You recognise market opportunities before others do.
- You bring customer needs directly into our organisation.
- You develop new products, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
- You drive innovations – from the idea through packaging development to successful market launch.
- You work closely with sales, key account management, packaging development, engineering, marketing, and international teams.
- You maintain close communication with the product managers of our sister companies in the areas of machine solutions, software, and consulting.
- You turn ideas into measurable business success.
In short: You are a driver for growth, innovation, and differentiation in a demanding pharmaceutical market.
What you bring
- Completed studies as a packaging engineer or training as a packaging or print technologist with corresponding further training and several years of professional experience; further studies are desirable.
- Experience in product management and business development.
- Experience in pharma and/or secondary packaging (decisive).
- Experience in printing and finishing of folding cartons, labels, and package inserts is an advantage.
- A strong understanding of markets, customers, and trends.
- The ability to think strategically while implementing pragmatically.
- Confident appearance in an international environment.
- Strong communication skills, initiative, and drive.
- Very good German and English skills.
- Willingness to travel (Europe/USA, trade fairs, customers, partners, and internal locations).
