What you will move with us

You conduct individual and group therapies for patients in geriatric and internal medicine rehabilitation.

You support patients during the rehabilitation process and participate in the co-organisation of discharge planning.

You work closely in an interdisciplinary manner with other departments, occupational therapy, social counselling, nutritional therapy as well as medical and nursing staff.

You are also responsible for assessment and progress documentation as well as report writing.

Active participation in interdisciplinary handovers and further training is part of your daily work.
