You are predominantly active in field sales and present on-site with our partners as needed
This position offers you
- The focus is on proactive and sustainable customer management: You look after investors of regional and supra-regional importance and build a strong C-level network while working closely with project managers, purchasers and planning partners
- You are responsible for the strategic sale of large projects and successfully acquire new properties
- You actively develop existing customer and building bases, drive lifecycle management forward and use topics such as digitalisation and circularity deliberately as differentiators in the market
- You ensure effective interface management and work closely with the retail field sales team as well as internal departments such as sales, marketing, service and product management to provide holistic solutions for our partners
- Through continuous exchange, reporting and analyses, you keep an eye on market and customer needs and derive targeted sales and development measures from them
- Additionally, you strengthen our network by participating in industry events and organising partner events, thereby sustainably promoting V-ZUG’s brand positioning in the market
You bring the following to the role
- You have several years of experience in project or B2B sales and achieve demonstrable success in daily customer contact. Experience in the construction or real estate sector is an advantage
- You navigate confidently through complex sales cycles and handle various stakeholders up to management level with assurance
- With your strategic thinking, you recognise opportunities early and lead deals purposefully to completion
- Building long-term customer relationships comes easily to you as you communicate persuasively and conduct negotiations confidently
- You are interested in technical and digital solutions and use CRM systems and MS Office proficiently
- You impress with excellent German skills and confident English; additional national languages are a plus
