- Strong MS-Office and SAP skills, with S4Hana knowledge a plus.
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.

What you can achieve
- Responsible for all operational procurement matters, as well as assigned strategic tasks
- Monitoring all administrative accompanying and follow-up tasks related to procurement, e.g. deadlines, dunning, invoices, complaints
- Support in supplier evaluation and contract drafting
- Material planning for assigned articles and planning areas
- Timely and accurate data maintenance in SAP (order confirmations, price, deadlines, invoice workflow)
What you bring with you
- Completed commercial or technical basic training, ideally combined with further training in purchasing (purchasing specialist, certified buyer) or a degree in business administration, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering (university of applied sciences or equivalent)
- Several years of professional experience in procurement and extensive procurement market knowledge in a technical environment
- Knowledge/experience in international procurement and contract management is an advantage
- Innovative, customer- and team-oriented personality with a high sense of responsibility, resilience and assertiveness
- Very good MS Office and SAP skills, S4Hana is an advantage
- German and English spoken and written (business fluent)
