What we do:
<p>We handle interesting projects of all kinds with plenty of variety and challenges. Projects of various sizes, often from successful competitive activities. Collaboration with first-class architectural offices and a high-quality specialist planner partner network.<br></p>
What you do with us:
<ul><li>Manage construction projects and large projects completely independently including cost and schedule control, concepts and variant studies</li><li>Independently prepare cost estimates and quotations for all electrical projects</li><li>Independently prepare tenders and lead award negotiations</li><li>Independently manage cost control and construction accounting</li><li>Conduct surveys of high and low voltage systems</li><li>Clarifications with authorities, offices and third parties</li><li>Maintain information exchange with suppliers, architects and specialist planners</li><li>Lead and instruct electrical draftsmen/-women, clerks and project managers</li><li>Assist in improving collaboration in HVACSE within the group and in projects</li><li>Independently create and check complex documents concerning high and low voltage, including lighting, telematics, emergency lighting, fire alarm systems, building automation …)</li><li>… and many other exciting tasks</li></ul>
What you bring:
<p data-mce-="">· Basic training as an electrical planner EFZ or electrical installer EFZ with professional examination (master craftsman examination) or degree in B.Sc. Building Electrical Engineering and professional experience.</p><p data-mce-="">· Several years of professional experience in electrical planning</p><p data-mce-="">· Customer-oriented with a strong sense of quality</p><p data-mce-="">· Resilience, flexibility, team orientation</p><p data-mce-="">· Quick comprehension</p><p data-mce-="">· Well-groomed appearance</p><p data-mce-="">· Driving licence category B</p>
