WISS is a leading educational institution in vocational education and offers training and further education in the fields of business, computer science, and real estate, from school-organized apprenticeships to degree programs at the higher technical college level. To strengthen our basic education team in Zurich, we are looking for an internship company supervisor immediately or by arrangement. In this position, you will take responsibility for the acquisition, support, and supervision of internship companies and learners. Together with the school management, course supervision, and marketing, you ensure the quality, organization, and handling of training processes. Your main workplace is Zurich, with internship visits in the German-speaking part of Switzerland. What to expect ▪ Support and continuous expansion of the internship company pool for the WISS locations through acquisition, networking, and involvement of the marketing department ▪ Supervision of learners during internships and ensuring that the specified processes are followed ▪ Contact person for all matters related to internships ▪ Administrative tasks for the department ▪ Participation in and/or independent execution of projects ▪ Communication and coordination with public authorities Your profile ▪ Preferably completed apprenticeship in computer science, commercial, or sales ▪ Several years of professional experience in the operational area of a company or in acquisition ▪ IT affinity, preferably with experience in the IT environment ▪ Empathy and good negotiation skills ▪ Very good written and oral communication (German) ▪ Reliability, punctuality, and high independence ▪ High social and interaction competence What we offer ▪ An interesting and varied activity with a lot of personal responsibility ▪ Appreciative cooperation in a motivated team ▪ Well-located workplace in close proximity to Altstetten train station ▪ Progressive social benefits and fair employment conditions ▪ Possibility for home office Interested?
