On behalf of our exclusive client, an innovative company in the automotive industry, we are looking for a committed individual for a versatile hub function. You will professionally accompany customers, coordinate various concerns and operate in a modern, digital automotive environment with a lot of personal responsibility and short communication paths.

Customer Care Manager Automotive

What you will achieve

• You will support customers via telephone, e-mail and chat, ensuring a professional and positive customer experience.
• You will handle enquiries, special cases and escalations independently and find pragmatic solutions even in challenging situations.
• You will coordinate orders and liaise closely with internal departments to ensure smooth processes from A to Z.
• You will accompany vehicle auctions and assist customers with procedures related to the digital trading platform.
• You will keep an eye on customer and order data, billing and reporting, and contribute your ideas to further develop service processes.

What you bring with you

• A commercial basic education and genuine enjoyment of daily contact with customers.
• Interest in the automotive world and digital business models. Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
• An independent, structured and solution-oriented working style as well as the ability to keep an overview even in lively situations.
• Initiative, organisational talent and enjoyment in finding solutions together as a team.
• German at native level and very good French skills are mandatory for this position. Additional languages are welcome.
