Then we might be a good match. At Lavorent, a company of the Solasa Group, we operate machines in an outsourcing model in communal kitchens. This means: we want them to run reliably and economically for as long as possible.

For this, we are looking for an experienced service technician for our team in the German-speaking part of Switzerland (office and workshop in Schlieren ZH), who really knows washing machines, finds faults and knows when a repair is worthwhile.

What you will do with us

• Independent planning and execution of assignments.

• Diagnosis, troubleshooting and repair of devices from various brands in our laundries.

• Installation, commissioning and checking the proper functioning of the devices.

• Retrieving machines, refurbishing them in the workshop and preparing them for the next use.

• Preparation of repair quotes and ordering of spare parts.

• Carrying out service and maintenance.

• Completing assignments and reports digitally via your tablet.

• Advising customers regarding operation and maintenance of the devices.

• Compliance with safety regulations, technical procedures and quality requirements.

• Managing the materials, spare parts and tools required for the assignments.

• Collaboration with other technicians, customer service and sales.

What you bring

• Experience as a service technician.

• Good practical knowledge of Schulthess and V-ZUG washing machines and dryers.

• Connection permit according to Art. 15 NIV (available).

• You independently find technical faults and can fix them.

• Driving licence category B.

• You enjoy being on the move and are flexible to work in the German-speaking part of Switzerland.

• Tablet, digital assignment planning and electronic reports are no problem for you; good knowledge of German.

• Independent, customer-friendly and a team player.
