We are looking for reinforcement immediately or by arrangement:
Housing Specialist (Workload: 40 - 100%)
These are your tasks:
- Needs-, resource- and solution-oriented support of clients on the autism spectrum or with increased care needs in everyday life as well as promotion of their development potential
- Cooperative work as a reference person
- Close coordination with the team for a common care-pedagogical attitude and for shaping everyday life
- Active assistance in the residential group household
- Maintaining client documentation and active participation in team meetings and interdisciplinary bodies
This is what you bring:
- Degree as a social pedagogue HF/FH or specialist in care (FaBe) specializing in disability care or health specialist (FaGe) or nursing specialist
- Professional experience in supporting and promoting people
- Observational skills and joy in appreciative support of people
- Openness to new solution approaches and reflecting on one’s own actions
- Reliability, high resilience, and a balanced personality
