Your Role

• You are a central contact person for our customers and advise them strategically on the introduction and further development of effective, also complex solutions based on the Atlassian product suite.
• Together with the customers, you analyse complex business processes, develop future-proof solution concepts and governance approaches, and are responsible for their technical implementation – from configuration to deployment.
• You independently lead large and business-critical customer projects, manage project teams and stakeholders, and are responsible for budget, quality, and deadlines.
• You proactively identify development and optimisation potentials, strategically develop our consulting portfolio further, and build and expand long-term customer relationships – also at C-level.
• You moderate demanding workshops, accompany complex transformation processes, and ensure that the developed solutions are accepted and sustainably established with our customers.
• You actively contribute your experience to the consulting team, shape our best practices and consulting standards, and coach colleagues in their professional development.

Your Profile and Your Story

• You have solid, several years of experience in the Atlassian environment and have independently designed and implemented demanding Atlassian solutions and/or cloud migrations. In addition, you bring at least five years of experience in IT consulting.
• You quickly understand complex technical contexts, recognise overarching connections, and develop viable solutions that consider technical, organisational, and professional requirements.
• You have a strong sense of customer needs, think beyond individual projects, and shape customer relationships as well as collaboration with different stakeholders reliably and on an equal footing.
• You represent your recommendations and decisions convincingly, can bring together different perspectives, and create clarity even in demanding issues.
• You have pronounced project management, organisational, and coordination skills and manage projects confidently and purposefully – even under complex conditions.
• You like to work independently, take responsibility for your solutions, and at the same time contribute as a proactive team player.
• You communicate fluently and confidently in German and very well in English.
