Your Tasks

Preparation of apartment handover and acceptance protocols

Comprehensive coordination and independent execution of apartment handovers and acceptances of rental properties
Issuing repair orders
Accounting of invoices as well as general administrative tasks
Independent preparation of final accounts
Reconciliation of the rental deposit
Conducting property inspections (residential and commercial spaces) and preparing condition reports

Your Profile

You have completed training as a real estate agent or a similar qualification

You have professional experience in direct customer consulting in the real estate sector and ideally experience with apartment handovers and acceptances
You can communicate fluently in German and ideally in other languages, both orally and in writing
You live the values of customer orientation, communicate professionally and enjoy interacting with people
You have a professional and competent appearance combined with engaging manners
You work independently, precisely, proactively and think and act entrepreneurially
You have an affinity for technology, can apply new technologies and are open to new things
