- Professionally caring for and supporting residents.
- Ensuring the care process and a high quality of care.
- Supporting the team in carrying out nursing and medical tasks.
- Maintaining oversight and fostering staff in complex situations.
You are a good fit for us if you ...
- Have a qualification as a qualified nurse (HF, DN II, AKP) or a Bachelor of Nursing FH.
- Ideally have professional experience in long-term care and working with people with dementia.
- Are willing to take responsibility and show commitment.
- Can think innovatively and creatively as well as act professionally and appreciatively.
- Are flexible, motivated, a team player, and resident-oriented.
- Have very good oral and written German skills.

The Am Bachgraben Retirement Centre is more than a place to live; it is a home for over 210 residents. With over 320 dedicated employees, we offer not only a wide range of care and support but also specialised assistance for people with dementia and in palliative care.
