This is what you achieve:

• You build your own client portfolio in the areas of industry, technology and logistics and develop it sustainably
• You are deputy to the branch manager
• You look after our existing clients with commitment and heart
• You recruit qualified specialists and executives for temporary and permanent positions
• You use modern recruiting channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals and your personal network for candidate search
• You conduct interviews, suitability assessments and reference checks
• You accompany clients and candidates throughout the entire recruitment process
• You recognise market potentials and develop suitable personnel solutions for your clients
• You work independently and at the same time closely with an experienced and successful team

Requirements Profile

This is what you bring:

• Several years of experience in personnel consulting or recruitment, ideally in the areas of industry, technology or logistics
• You are a communicative, sociable and confident closer
• You think entrepreneurially and act solution-oriented
• You work independently, structured and goal-oriented
• You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written
• French language skills are a great plus
• You enjoy successfully bringing people and companies together
